I hope this isn't a dumb question, but where were these packs, cartons, etc. being printed and manufactured- at the distribution factories ? Did the ALC have some part in the printing ? I tried to do some searching but wasn't coming up with anything.
Quite awhile back a board member posted something that mentioned the factories having printing equiptment at the locations.......any help would be appreciated- thanks.

Edit to add without bumping thread........I have been searching the archives and also went to Jon's excellent website, but didn't see anything about where the printing of these packages were done. I've brought up printing at the factories before, and got no responses. This must be a taboo subject
