When you call, you get a recording saying something to the effect of:
"Our call-back mailbox is full. Please call back tomorrow morning and try leaving a message again and someone will get back to you."
RIDICULOUS!!!
If any other company ran their business in this manner, they would quickly find themselves out of business.
This company is by far the most arrogant and worst customer-service focused company that I have ever dealt with!
(And yet I continue to give them my business. Shame on me!)
