I did a couple of searches for 1954 Ted Williams cards on eBay. Ungraded versions in a variety of conditions have gone for about $100. PSA 4's have sold for around $140, a PSA 5 sold for just under $200, and a PSA 6 for about $300. There are some PSA 4's currently listed on eBay, one with an opening bid of $225 and another buy-it-now for $320, both of which are overpriced.

Based on your scan, I believe your card is nicer than the Williams PSA 4's that I saw on eBay, and could possibly grade a 5. This assumes there are no wrinkles or hairline creases that are not otherwise visible on the scan. If your other cards are in similar condition, seriously consider having them graded.

Personally, I would use SGC -- good service, and their pricing is better than PSA (no club to join at SGC).
