And while I say this in jest for this poor foresaken Obak, you may recall that both (or perhaps just one of) the Canadian and Quebec governments threatened to use this power when Rocket Richard's estate memorabilia was being auctioned, including uniforms and MVP trophies.
So when some American finds Tip O'Neill's semi-pro jersey when he played on the fields outside the gypsum mines of Woodstock, Ontario, please don't say you weren't warned.
