I don’t believe that a 1998 Tek master set (including the diffractors) has ever been compiled. But for realistic, base Topps set, 1991 Topps has more variations than any other Topps base set if you count all of the pack issued base cards including: bold logos, A*B*, glow backs and all confirmed variations. And some count the Desert Shield and/or Tiffany cards.
