Rob D.My experience in Cleveland last year mirrored Steve's. On Friday night I entered the show earlier than the public, walked immediately over to SGC's booth and handed them 20 cards. I think I literally was their second customer after the show opened. I ended up waiting a half-hour after the show officially ended that night to get them back. So if you want to leave with your cards in hand, I'd suggest submitting them early in the day.
