The Klitschkos appear on Ukrainian calendar cards from 2000, which predate their 'rookies' and I think (Dave. chime in here) there are even earlier German cards.

Quick search looks like there is a German Bravo Sports mag insert card of Wlad from 1998 and Vitali from 1999.
Never had one before, but run across them online every once in awhile. They look similar to SI cards, with perforations.
