Essegian is correct. Brecheen is not.
It appears to be Harry Bardt's autograph running perpendicularly across the Walter O'Malley. Bardt served on the Board of Directors for the Dodgers.
Most of these autographs are easily decipherable. One that sometimes gives people problems is Chuck Stevens, who is directly to the right of Bardt.
