Anthony N.Beckett seems to be the only company that will grade sheet cut cards, unless they are '60's Post or Bazooka. Officially the others don't grade cards that were cut post factory, and for the most part are pretty good about making sure the cuts were done in the original time frame with the correct equipment.
I agree with David that it would be worth more as an uncut sheet.
