When getting graded material, I always examine the card
and the slab. I've been doing this for years.
Shortly after joining this board, I read about the fake slabs presumably coming out of Mexico. It seemed serious enough that I added the extra inspection step when buying anything graded. I guess the vigilance has stuck with me to this day.
