It's likely that this Musial ball sold on his own Stan "The Man" website although I don't know this for a fact.
Musial sold signed collectibles on this site for over a decade to the best of my recollection.
Value: Perhaps $125-$150 given the career stats and the fact that the series was somewhat limited
