Default Is PSA Still Accepting 'Re-Slabbing' Requests?

I have a HOFer card in a slightly cracked case. It's not bad, but I don't want it to become a problem in the future. With all the hullabaloo going on over there in PSA land, am I still able to submit a card for re-slabbing or is there a moratorium on that service, too? Not a regrade or anything like that, just simply getting it moved into a new slab (assuming, of course, they agree that the cracked slab didn't adversely affect the card within)??

If the answer is yes, do I have to be a PSA member to do this?

Thank you in advance.
