In my experience at the time, the packs were barely sealed. I know for a fact that some dealers would strip a 86D wax box of any Cansecos. They would also sometime place a "seeded pack" on top when there were a lot of customers around to generate buzz, since at the time the belief was 'one canseco, many canseco's.'
