there are a number of those type of baseball punch boards with similar designs. Though that's not the most common, it's close. The big money ones are the ones that are thicker and have the actual players names from the era on them. I'd place a realistic value of $10 on yours, and that's only because it's not punched. Despite the low value, I like those and have a bunch, not only baseball but all themes and sports.
