Yes there is a known example of every card in the set. Even Howie Fox who died in 1955 has at least three (likely more) signed examples. For those interested in pursuing signed 52T, I'd guess that nearly 20% of the set could be purchased if you're patient enough for $30 a card or less. After that it begins to get more difficult and costly.
