A former ballplayer I know is thinking of selling a couple of signed items. Just wondering if I could get a ballpark estimate on what these items are worth or would sell for. I am not looking to buy them, rather I would be helping him sell them.

Satchel Paige guest book page (I am assuming he signed a registry of some sort).

Rogers Hornsby signed contract releasing him from that team.

Tom Yawkey signed contract transferring him to another team.

I have not seen the items. All I know at the moment is they are signed in pen and the signature is strong (in his opinion).
