These are what I had in the past called W575-1B , more recently however I have taken to calling them W501 Type 2's (as I believe that to be a more accurate description of what these are). They are on the exact same stock as W501 cards (thin and cheap), they have the same "grainy" photo quality as W501's, and they share the same checklist as well, the only difference being that they are missing the card number and "G-4-22" line at top. Also just like W501 cards they came in vertical strips and can be found with the "tear" lines at top and bottom or simply hand cut a the top and bottom but the sides have always ben machine cut. They are definitely tougher than the regular W501 cards but it is hard to know by how many times.

You can find the regular W501 cards on occasion with the same "tear separation" at top and bottom as well...
