Dan BrettaThe Natural is my all time favorite - I got the special edition last year and it's got 15 extra minutes that got cut from the theatrical edition...makes a few things in the movie make sense. The book is also a favorite and vastly different from the movie, Roy Hobbs is a very dark character in Malamud's book. Eight Men Out is a close second and the special edition of that one just came out as well. I haven't gotten it yet though. I love Field of Dreams, but it's a little too fantasy like for me to place it up there with my favorites.
