Update:
File missing mail claim Aug 13 in the morning after not seeing any update for priority package since arrival in Coppell TX on Aug 5.
8hrs later it is scanned in to hub in Maryland.
Next day item is delivered
Sooooo file missing mail claim if something is MIA...can’t hurt.
