This is designated as FR-1242 with monogram. The monogram is the ABCo, which means American Banknote Company. The initials have nothing to do with the note itself. It was very common for people to write their initials on fractional currency like this. I once had one that had a full note about the person owning it and noting the date. In this condition it does not hold a lot of value. You can find CU (crisp uncirculated) ones for less than $100 and EF (extra fine) ones in the $60 range.
