I was fortunate to have attended the 6th game of the 1986 World Series, and I knew when it ended that it would be the most exciting and significant game I would witness in person for the rest of my life. I was sitting in the right field reserved section, pretty high up, and two images come to mind : 1) Dwight Evans kind of collapsing in right field after the winning run scored; and 2) most people to this day saw Buckner let the ball slip through his legs as it was photographed from the front; because of where I was sitting, my lasting image is seeing it from behind. I have never seen videotape from that vantage point.
