It has been repainted across the chest, but I cannot tell what the cursive writing says (Podre?). It's pretty common to see these figures repainted and tailored to represent specific local teams. Some of the "tailoring" may have been custom-done in the factory, but the majority were post-production modifications made by the previous owners and craftsmen.
