My two daughters were first fascinated with my stamp collecting, so they tried that but lost interest in it.
However, at the same time I got them interested in two (similar) sports....BaseBall and Tennis at a very
young age.
I'd take them to Old Timers day at Yankee Stadium and of course "programmed" them to be avid Yankee
fans. So, then they started collecting BB cards in 1977. That was a banner year for us Yankee fans, cul-
minating with Reggie's 3 (1st pitch) HR's in the World Series.

And, in turn my daughters renewed my interest in BB card collecting.......Thank you, Debbie and Zoe.
