The seller threw in a couple of additional coins. One is a Brooks Robinson with a white rim. All other Brooks coins I've seen are the standard orange rim. Googling has yielded no other info, so I've always assumed the coin was altered. Does anyone know exactly what this is?
Thanks for the help!

All of the Orioles from the Salada and Shirriff coin sets were originally issued in orange. It is fairly easy to swap out the paper inserts with another color if the plastic on the original coin is damaged. It is also easy to swap Salada and Shirriff coins. There is a post earlier that says which coins were issued with each type back.
Hope this helps.
