I believe that people are commenting on how off centered the card is and they are wondering how it could possibly be graded an 8. According to PSA standards the highest attainable grade for a card that is off centered more than 80/20 (on the front) is a "6", unless of course PSA places an OC (off center) qualifier on the label (which it didn't in this case).
