walter ruetherWell, my problem with psa is on smaller vintage cards from the teens 20's ect, the plastic around the card inside the capsule tends to wrinkle & looks really crappy unless you look at it from the right angle, I like sgc because they dont give this problem they use a black boarder around the card that wont wrinkle & they grade just about anything, The only problem with them is sometimes the leave to much of a gap around the corners, Global HAs its problems as well, & I agree with the guy with the old packs I dont understand why you would encapsulate a pack, I know if I had a pack of 52 topps Im opening that sucker! I think SGC is your best bet
