Default PSA CASE/HOLDER CONCERN Question

Hi,

I have a PSA/DNA slabbed authenticated Roberto Clemente Check. I recently sent it to a high end memorabilia dealer to be custom made into a display piece for me. When they sent me a photo showing the preliminary layout of the display, the label/flip of the slabbed check had moved out of place(see attached photo). The owner was adamant that this can happen, ie in shipping etc. and is not the result of a case that has been compromised(unsealed). Is it possible for the tab/flip to fall out of place like this without the case having had something done to it. They did say they were able to tap it back into place. But there is nothing to say that it wont happen again when it it is to be hung up.

Thanks.
