That is very true and at the same time, it is a shame some of this newer music, because it doesn't fit in with todays favorites or genre, isn't played.
I recently discovered this band, which won a Juno for rock album of the year, but wasn't televised because of what I said above, (go figure) but they are scary good, imo, and I simply can't get enough of them lately.
The Glorious Son's. The singer, who is also the song writer, is the brother of the short haired lead guitarist and they have been putting out good music since 2011.
