The PSA, by a long shot, if the images accurately reflect the color. It's a bolder image, and the back stock is less toned, in the images at least. The SGC is also a little off register (note the ear, cap).
In my eyes, corners and borders are there to 1) take damage and leave the image crisp and 2) hide the fact that cutting sheets isn't perfect. Image quality > border and corner wear, though these two are pretty similar their anyways. As a low grade broke loser collector, that the hobby doesn't care that much about the actual card image in general is a very nice thing.
