Default A few questions about 1966-69 Kahn's Weiners

I'm curious about Kahn's Weiners cards from 1966 to 1969. Most of the cards I see on eBay are graded "7" or above, appear "uncirculated" and are very expensively priced. When I do find what appear to be "circulated" cards, they are cut up and in rough shape.

My questions are as follows:

1) Was there a large find of "uncirculated" cards?
2) How do the grading companies issue such high grades when most of the cards are miscut?
3) And what is a fair price for these "uncirculated" cards? I recently bought about 20 of them at $2.50 a pop, and yet I see the same cards on eBay every day for $50 or $60 each ...

Any feedback is appreciated ...
