I can only partially answer your question above. They want you to list each item separately. The "Total # of Signatures" means the # of signatures on the item. There will be a spot later on where you have to identify each signature on the item so they can authenticate. Might want to post this in the Memorabilia/Autograph side. Those guys are pretty sharp and will know all the answers
