I only ask as I have been opening both types of boxes and am finding the glow back versions in abundance within the cellophane packs (11 sometimes 12 GB's per 15 card pack, but never less than half). Not a bad thing as I would like to put a glow back set together. Has anyone else found similar results?

I don't think there was a direct change over. For the most part there are more glow backs in the cello packs but I've had boxes of cello's where all of the cards were no glow. In almost all instances if all the packs in a box came from that box and packs weren't added from another box to make a full box all the packs will be the same as far as glow no glow backs. If you open a pack and only the C* sheet cards are no glow all of the packs in that box will have no glow C* sheet cards and the rest of the sheet codes in that box will be glow backs.
