I looked up that HS on Baseball Reference. According to their site there is only one player that made it to the Major Leagues from that HS.

High School: Lansdowne HS (Baltimore, MD) Full Name: Mark A. Lepson So based on the age of that photo, I'm going to guess there aren't any players in the photo that made it to the Majors.
