Default Old Judge Ephemera Help

Curious if anyone can help me ID this. It is on thick cardboard and measures 8.5" x 11". I think it might be a cigar box top but I'm not positive.

Thanks in advance.

[well, I have been corrected below! leaving my stupid post up for posterity]

not quite what you asked, but I think this is a fantasy piece.

The materials -- the board especially -- don't look like 19th century. (Does it fluoresce?)

And "Does Not Bite the Tongue" was the slogan for Prince Albert, I can't find anywhere that Old Judge used it. (But that's not definitive.)

That is a lid to Old Judge Smoking Tobacco box that held 5lbs of smoking tobacco (40 2oz packages). The lid remained common pre & post ATC formation (1890) whereas the side panels (not shown here) were different.

Many thanks to Henry and Jay for allowing me to collect this pairing.

On a side note, I've never come across a similar carton for cigarettes, it would be similar in design but light green in color. Hope to someday see one.
