1949 NY Yankees Pennant Clinching tickets/scorecard/photos/etc

I just picked up the following Yankees ephemera in a large scrapbook and am offering it for sale. Included are 2 pages of the scrapbook album. On the 1st page are 4 tickets stubs to the October 2, 1949 game between the Yankees and Red Sox (the final game of the season) in which the Yankees clinched the pennant and went to the world series. Also there is a newspaper clipping discussing the game, and discussing the upcoming Yankees-Dodgers world series. On this page there are also 2 photos of fans in teh stands.
The 2nd page (dual sided) has a scorecard from the same game vs the RedSox which is scored with Dimaggio/Williams etc. There are also 7 photos including general shots of Yankee Stadium. shots of the field with Ted Williams and Joe Dimaggio identified with ink arrows, and also a shot of the Tydol blimpgoing over the stadium.
