Question on 1964 Topps...

on the reverse, there is a blank white box at the bottom where an answer to a question is revealed if you rub it with a coin...if that box is rubbed, does it or should it affect the grade?
-the grade you yourself give it?
-the grade that a PSA or SGC gives it?
