Old Judge Bobby Mathews (Reluctantly considering Selling)
SGC 50 -- Nice Throwing image of the "winningest" eligible non-Hofer, a tough Old Judge (1887 was his final season as I recall) Mathews won the first National Association game (arguably the first "major league" game) if credited with his wins in the years in the National Association Mathews total record is 297-248.
Before 1871 he also played organized baseball but records from those years are not recognized as major league stats. Asking $2000 (insurance included - shipped by registered mail; paypal accepted without any surcharge but buyer must have a verified paypal address.) First to accept these terms at bhodes@rcn.com gets the card.
