Any Fungo Bat Collectors Out There?
Just a thought.
If so, hit me an easy fly ball.

I just picked up a fungo lathe bat of Bucky Harris from the 1930s. I also have a Red Schoendienst fungo bat from the 70s.

Jimmie Reese fungo bat
How about a fungo bat from 90-year-old fungo hitting wizard Jimmie Reese from his days with the California Angels?
Jimmie was Babe Ruth's roommate on the Yankees. He was beloved by all, but especially close to Nolan Ryan and Jim Abbott. If you never had the pleasure of watching Reese in action, he was AMAZING! Last edited by Scott Garner; 01-07-2022 at 09:33 AM. |
