The seller posted his own photos and apparently opted for the "stock photo" option as well, which is usually used for retail type merchandise.

People need to stop sharing eBay links on this site and just upload scans of the cards or take screenshots instead.
Whenever anyone shares an eBay link, then people will get directed to another auction (eBay is stupid !!)

To me it clearly lists PSA as the seller. Not sure if it is actually PSA the grading company.

This is what I see you when I click the link.
It is a strange listing, The first pic is a very ratty Cobb ,
The next pic is a completely different less-ratty Cobb, that’s graded.
