Ok, the auction is over so I am not spoiling anyone's buy but... what the heck is this thing? I watched this for the last 5 days but just didn't want to bid $275+ on something I had no clue what it was!!! |

They were obviously cut apart. The important question is whether they were cut up before they were issued or if they are from a piece that was cut up. |
