I'll say you're naive. Just from the scan it looks like either a pretty nice 3 or a marginal 4. Perhaps they both got it right. There's really no definitive line between grades on a scale. What's a 3 today might be a 4 tomorrow and maybe even rejected the next day. As one who submits to PSA, I assure you: Nothing's shocking. |

Looks like a good candidate for a 3.5, but I don't think a huge error has been made in giving it a 4. |
