Nothing like a really fake hispanic name coupled with a perhaps believeable Nigerian one. And to think that they overcame such adversity to make it all the way to Australia!

Most of these Internet based text (non phone) scams are based out of Africa, they speak english decently as a second language but it's always choppy and never quite right. I'm perplexed as to how these random (Assumingly) African scammers find and choose net54, a vintage baseball card based website. Something that has about Zero % following outside of north america.

Early this morning I received the following message from this same scammer via an email from Leon:

You have received a new private message at Net54baseball.com Forums from jomikramirez, entitled "looking to upgrade my N284 Buchner Gold Coin Tobacco card of Sam Crane".

"Hey mate,my old man has this available for sale in good condition mitchelwambemma@gmail.com Reach him out for more information Thanks..."

Yep, his old man also has the Matty Police Gazette variation that I'm looking for, maybe you and I can get a deal if we buy both?

I'm just wondering... Is the scammer the Aussie who messages people, or is the REAL scammer his old man who supposedly has all these cards?
