Default Anyone else see this auction

I dont understand why the seller thought the Ruth was stamped? And I think the auto was in alittle better shape then what their photo showed. What do you guys think?

Hard to tell from the photo. The "O'Toole" on the side panel is actually John C. Toole, president of the International League from 1920-28. The description sounds like the seller didn't have that specific of information, but maybe had mistakenly identified a side-panel facsimile president's signature as authentic on a previous ball and been corrected, so now is being overly cautious in his descriptions? Just a guess.

Looks like a real signature, but I think it will be very faded in person

If that is a real Ruth sig then it seems like it was a steal at that price....but I don't do autographs.....so maybe I am incorrect? If I could get a single signed Ruth ball with iron clad provenance I think it would be really cool to display.
