Many awesome T206 back runs are posted on Net54 over the years. But, not enough T205 back runs. Starting this Show-n-Tell with this T205 back run.
I started doing T206 back runs 37 years ago. In recent years (after I sold my T205 set) I started putting together T205 runs comprising of T205's in the unique group of 32 subjects in the T205 set which I refer to as the AMERICAN BEAUTY - BROAD LEAF - CYCLE - DRUM connection. My experience doing these T205 runs has provided me an appreciation for certain printing patterns in the T205 set. Two important examples are...... 1.... the A - B - C - D cards and AMERICAN BEAUTY (Green) cards are mutually-exclusive. 2.... DRUM cards and HINDU card are mutually-exclusive.** I've concentrated my T205 runs within the A - B - C - D group. And, especially regarding the NY Yankees players. On display here is my complete Harry Wolter run (11 cards). The DRUM was real tough (but it assured me that No HINDU exists)**. The rare PIEDMONT (Factory #42) is also a No-Print. My research indicates that only 3 (or 4) T205 subjects in the A - B - C - D group were printed with this tough PIEDMONT back. Been working on that same run for years. Have them all except the Drum. A few of the pics got a little faded out for some reason.

The Jack Quinn is part of my NY Yankees T205 run project within the T205 group of 32 cards printed with the A - B - C - D backs.
These T205's were printed with eleven T-brands. I still need his HONEST LONG CUT card and the DRUM. A - B - C - D connection............ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() . ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() - - - - - - - ![]() ![]() Factory #649 ![]() ![]() TED Z T206 Reference . |

Another part of my N. Y. Yankees T205 run project within the T205 group of 32 cards printed with the A - B - C - D backs is Miller Huggins.
This Miller Huggins run is my favorite T205 run. Of course, he is not a Yankee in 1911. But, Huggins had a keen eye for talent; and, several years later persuaded Col. Jacob Ruppert (Yankees owner) to acquire Babe Ruth from Boston in 1919. And, the rest is history. I am starting this display with his rare PIEDMONT Factory #42 ![]() ![]() V--------------- brown AMERICAN BEAUTY ------------------------------- BROAD LEAF ------------------------ CYCLE ------------------- DRUM (A - B - C - D) -------V ![]() ![]() . . . . . . . . ![]() ![]() This run is near complete. Of course, I need the DRUM back for Huggins. It has yet to be confirmed; however, since he was printed with the brown AMERICAN BEAUTY back, I expect his DRUM card will eventually appear. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Furthermore, besides the DRUM, I may also need a HASSAN Factory #649 to complete this run. Included in the T205 group of 32 cards printed with the A - B - C - D connection is John "Hans" Lobert. I've been working on his back run for my wife, Charlotte.
She is an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, and a true collector of a variety of collectibles. We still need his two HASSAN (Factory #30 & #649) cards.....and as usual, the DRUM card to complete this 11-card run. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ---------- ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() TED Z T206 Reference . |

I literally have all the T205 Cubs back runs minus the two Hindu cards of Kling and Pfiester.
