is there an official 1962 Topps Master Set ?
Does anyone have the ultimate checklist of the 1962 Topps Master Set ? With the green tints and other variations I believe it is at around the 695-700 number. I need a checklist of all possibilities. Thanks

Thank you very much, I saw the 1962 Topps Master Set listed but completely missed the Super Listing. This is a great start, I think 691 cards is a great start, but I think there are more variations with the checklists. Thanks again. Any additions to this 691 list would be appreciated.

Richard D's variation list is found on this site.....
https://sites.google.com/site/richar...ns-1960---1969 Once you scroll down to the 62s, you will find some additional variations that do not appear on the PSA super set. |

And there was a recent discussion that one of the PSA variations doesn't actually exist and is a relabel. Check the Willey thread.

I see on Richard's D list that he has 2 cards listed for # 159 Reniff. There is only 1 card of # 159 , his regular portrait. The green tint of him pitching is # 139, he also has a regular portrait # 139

This variation isn't listed on the PSA page
Quote:
There are actually 3 variations of #192 (3rd series checklist). 1) There's the version with the comma after "Checklist",(this is the "green tint" version, although it isn't green) And on the "no comma" version: 2) The black "drop shadow" on the left of the card is behind the white box that says "Checklist" 3) The drop shadow is on top of & overlaps the white box. See a photo of all three at https://www.flickr.com/photos/obctom...posted-public/ Tom
