Thoughts On This Wright Ditson Knob Bat
Bat is beat up, cracked, chipped etc. but still definitely real and old. Does anyone know if this knob variety is of value? I assume its a store model, no player name is visible. Seller is telling a tale of it belonging to Yogi Berra. I have no clue how that would be possible as the company didn't exist during his playing days or youth.

It predates Berra by a long time. It is circa 1905 and is called a mushroom knob bat. They can go for 300-500 depending on length and condition.

It might be worth more as I have never had a Wright and Ditson one before. Also, it is definitely a store model but still cool.
