Uncatalogued Packers Card!

Anyone have an idea who issued this card? It measures approx 2 IN wide by 3 IN and is blank backed? I believe this card to be uncatalogued by Beckett. I may have tripped into something extremely rare.

I was outbid on this item on ebay. It looks like a team issued card to me. I have similiar cards issued around the same time...but none like this one. I think it will be very interesting to see what other "uncataloged" cards surface as vintage football becomes more popular.

this one is a 1961-1964 issue?

A fellow collector sent me this photocopy a couple years ago hoping that I could help identify the issue. I have no idea. In his letter he described the surface as textured something like linen.

John, That is the same exact textured type of linen material that exists on the card I posted. Is there any way to reach the collector who contacted you. His copy is autographed, lending a bit of creedence to the fact that this might be an uncatalogued regional issue of some kind.
