I was just on REA looking at that lot and thinking of what a steal someone got. To be able to pick up all those significant W600s in one spot is very cool. Just the condition I like -- visually appealing but not so nice that they are unaffordable.

I looked at that lot and thought: "dang, if I knew they were going to go for that price, I would have been interested."
