T206 Wet Transfer Polar Bear Back

I recently purchased this Wid Conroy Polar Bear thinking it was just a average card. Only until after I received the card did I realize I can see the Polar Bear border in the white border of the obverse of the card! I believe it�s a wet transfer, but I am completely new to T206 errors (and T206s in general). Any help on identifying how this came about, or if this happened after leaving the factory, and if there is a market/premium for these cards, would be greatly appreciated.
