Can Anyone Identify These College Football Cards?
Friend of mine has a local auction company and came across these, I can seem to find anything online. Can anyone help with an ID and/or rough valuation?
She says they are standard card size or maybe slightly smaller and may have had some kind of velvet or coating on the letters. Thanks in advance.

Hard to see on my phone but I’d bet they are the ‘61 Topps flocked logo inserts.
